설명Attached for consideration by the Executive Directors is a letter of intent from the Governor of the Bank of Korea and the Minister of Finance and Economy of the Republic of Korea, together with the memorandum on economic policies for the sixth review under the Stand-By Arrangement for the Republic of Korea. This subject, together with the staffreport for the 1999 Article IV consultation with the Republic of Korea and the sixth review under the Stand-By Arrangement (to be issued shortly), is tentatively scheduled for discussion on Friday, December 17, 1999. Mr. Chopra (ext. 38801) and Ms. Kochhar (ext. 38770) are available to answer technical or factual questions relating to this paper prior to the Board discussion
