설명My government authorities have asked me to convey once again their gratitude to the Board, Management and stafffor their support and concerns. They have strongly pursued a wide range of reform measuresin close consultation with the Fund and also under the leadership of the President-elect. These measures are in line with IMF program and have, at times, exceeded the requirements of the program. My authorities are now taking a more vigorous approach in both outward and inward directions.
